The day I discovered AKOHO, women and lots of men, too, were lining up to purchase Pierce's superb gourmet quiches, paninis, curry bowls, savory and sweet hand pies, soups, pastries, coffee and freshly squeezed juice.
Pierce is currently a one-woman show. She talks to customers, cooks, bakes and shares not only her vision for this takeaway culinary boutique and dessert shop, but also her desire for making her world a better place.
